This group started up at the February 2003 convention when a small group decided they wanted to help, encourage, challenge and train young people to succeed as Jaycees and individuals. Your "First Timer's" Program Manager, Charlie Denson approached several of us about forming an organized group that would be available to do just that. Just picture this scenario: an excited new member wants to run a project that he or she participated in as a child. Wouldn't it be great if that new member could work side by side with the original chairperson! The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Jaycees use the discussion forum to post your questions about the organization, your projects, or other Jaycee related items. OWLS post your answers or advice the the Jaycees queries. OWLS post your name and training areas in the TRAINER DATABASE. Jaycees can search the database by region and Training Areas. Look for the OWLS at future events. Let us help you!!!
